The main goal of the Disability Support Unit is to follow up the needs and demands of the individuals with disabilities, determine and offer the essential services, ensure their participation in academic, social, and cultural activities and benefiting from all aspects of the university life.

The aims of the Disability Support Unit could be summarized as follows:

• To determine the disabled students from the date of their first registration;
• To conduct the questionnaires and organize face to face interviews;
• To provide the assistance in solving the problems;
• To arrange their easy access to the cafeteria, library, public and private buildings, dormitories, health centre, and classrooms;
• To provide the individuals with the consulting service in solving the physical, social, and psychological problems occurred due to their disability.
