Profile of the Programme

Program Outcomes

1-	Identifying, recognizing the basic terms about language and literature and using them in researchs.

2-	To know scientific methods about researchs in language and literature.

3-	Analyzing the products of language and literature according to the terms of language and literature science.

4-	Acquisition of the skill and the knowledge for determining the similarities and differences by comparing the products of language and literature.

5-	Acquisition of the knowledge about the change of Turkish language and literature in the history and explaining these improvements through the instrument of texts.

6-	Recognizing and comparing the masterpiece and literary personage about Turkish language and literature.

7-	Acqusition the ability of analysis about the language and literature products by critical perspective.

8-	Comparing the products of Turkish language and literature and other nations’ products of language and literature and explaining the similar and different aspects between them.

9-	To know the necessary sources about Turkish language and literature, acquisition the ability of planing and conducting by using those sources.

10-	Analysis the cultural facts and changes by using language and literature.

11-	Acquisite of the ability using the Turkish language correct, good and efficiently.

12-	Analyzing the products of language and literature in different scientific methods like history, philosophy, psychology, sociology etc.

13-	Language and literature related to the theoretical / scientific methods work by practicing on popular topics related to the field to convey to the community and acquisition of the ability about informing society.

14-	A foreign language using the European Language Portfolio C1 level and using verbal and writing ability to communicate.

15-	Using the informatics and communication technologies, with computer programs, as required by Turkish language and literature field.
