Specific Admission Requirements
Curriculum and Instruction Candidates who apply for the Non-Thesis Master Program must have graduated from one of the departments of Faculty of Education or have pedagogical formation certificate. ALES and Foreign Language scores are not required.
Qualification Requirements
To get master's degree from the non-thesis master’s program of Curriculum and Instruction, it is required to take at least 30 credits, 60 ECTS courses and a final project in the second semester. Students must take at least 10 courses in two semesters and be successful.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Candidates who apply to the non-thesis Master's Program of Curriculum and Instruction are required to have graduated from one of the departments of Faculty of Education or have pedagogical formation certificate.
History
The Department of Educational Sciences, Master’s Program of Curriculum and Instruction Department started its academic activities in the 2001-2002 Fall Semester and started accepting students in the same academic year.
Profile of the Programme
The non-thesis Master's Program of Curriculum and Instruction aims to train program development specialists for schools, the Ministry of National Education and other institutions; to train instructors for related departments of universities; It includes the courses related to the teaching methods as well as the education programs for the purpose of raising the professional competencies of the teachers and administrators working in the institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education and training the experts in the field of education.
