Qualification Requirements
Criteria include passing sucessully 8 semesters which contain 240 credits in total, completing vocational training and reaching the average mark level as at least 2.00 and above.
Recognition of Prior Learning
With reference to the student's education department deems Affairs Committee earlier by university courses are evaluated in terms of course content and course hours. Have taken college courses on the curriculum of the department as appropriate in the previous note and considered in the past.
History
Mugla Sıtkı Koçman University proposals for the establishment of Health Management Department at the Health Science Faculty, the Executive Committee discussed at its meeting held on 12.21.2011 and various 7/d-2 2547 pursuant to Law No. 2880 was approved. Academic staff of the Department 2 Professor, 1 Associate Professor, 2 Asst. Professor, 2 Lecturer and 1 Research Asst.
Profile of the Programme
Department of Health Management is the four-year undergraduate education in the field of health care management program. The program is including of lectures and elective courses, and in the finally year in addition to the Fall and Spring semester classes include professional practice.
Exam Regulations & Assesment & Grading
The evaluation criteria for the exams are set by the instructor which are in accordance with the current university regulations for education.
Graduation Requirements
To succeed in all of the courses listed in the curriculum of the program by getting the grade of at least DD with a minimum of 240 ECTS and to have a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 2,00 out of 4,00.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates
Graduates can work in executive positions at various levels of the health sector. Ministry of Health of the central and provincial organizations, private and public hospitals, the Social Security Institution, private insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies and other health care organizations can work.
Access to Further Studies
Post-graduate programs in the field are available; MSc and PhD positions could be applied.

EO3. To work in managerial positions in private insurance companies, pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing companies, and health research centers,
