Qualification Awarded
Office Management and Executive Assistant Program students are entitled to receive an associate degree after successfully completing their courses and fulfilling other requirements.
Specific Admission Requirements
T.R. Within the framework of the regulations determined by the Council of Higher Education, student admission to this program is made through the central examination system made by the Student Selection and Placement Center. Candidates must be placed in the Office Management and Executive Assistant program by obtaining sufficient points from the Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) Basic Proficiency Test (TYT) score type conducted by the Assessment, Selection and Placement Center.
Qualification Requirements
The student must have passed all the courses in the program. In this program, the student must provide a minimum of 120 ECTS credits and a GPA of at least 2.00 out of 4.00.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Students enrolled in higher education institutions have the right to demand recognition of their previously completed education at different universities. Newly enrolled students must submit their transcripts and course content to the relevant unit within the first week of the registration year for their learning to be recognized.
History
In the academic year of 2002-2003, Office Management and Executive Assistant program started to operate as a formal education within the body of Mugal Vocational School, and in the 2019-2020 academic year, student admission began in Yatağan Vocational School. 3 lecturers serve in the program.
Profile of the Programme
Program; In order to support the office work of the managers in public and private sector enterprises, equipped with the knowledge and skills to reduce the burden of office activities, expert in computer use, advanced communication skills, able to use all kinds of office technology, protocol knowledge, managerial decision-making and analysis skills, and creative awareness. It aims to train office managers. The Office Management and Executive Assistant Program provides 2 years of theoretical and workplace-based practical training at the associate degree level. The language of education is Turkish. It takes 60 students.

Exam Regulations & Assesment & Grading
In this program; Different evaluation methods such as midterm, homework, practice, project, practice and final exam are applied. Students are subjected to a midterm exam and a final exam for all courses. Assessment methods include classical, multiple choice, matching, fill-in-the-blank, short answer, etc. It can be an exam consisting of questions, homework, presentation, practice. The contribution of the midterm exam to the success grade is 40% and the contribution of the end-of-year exam is 60%. All exams are evaluated over 100 points.

Our graduates from our program, which has a wide range of job opportunities, have the opportunity to work in both private sector organizations and public institutions. Many Institutions that recruit through the Public Personnel Selection Examination employ graduates of Office Management and Executive Assistant programs. Our graduates who know how to use computers, have office management skills, strong communication skills, and are equipped with professional correspondence can also work in private sector organizations. In this program, students are trained to use computers and other office tools necessary for modern office management. The program includes not only theoretical information, but also practical activities.
Access to Further Studies
If graduate students are successful in the Vertical Transfer Exam (Vertical transfer exam is administered by ÖSYM). Graduate students may have the opportunity to earn a bachelor's degree.
