Qualification Requirements
The maximum period of study to obtain an associate degree is four years.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Students enrolled in higher education institutions have the right to demand recognition of their previously completed education at different universities. Newly enrolled students must submit their transcripts and course content to the relevant unit within the first week of the registration year for their learning to be recognized. A student who has started his education in an equivalent program in Turkey or abroad can apply for horizontal transfer. Acceptance of students is examined and evaluated individually before the beginning of the semester, taking into account the conditions of each student and the degree applied for.
History
Law Department Justice Associate Degree Program and Law Department Justice Associate Degree (E.E.) started education as of 2019.
Profile of the Programme
Within the scope of the Law Department's Associate Degree Program in Justice, education is carried out professionally in a scientific and practical way. The justice program aims to train the workforce that will assist in the fulfillment of judicial and administrative works carried out in the legal services sector, various organizations of the Ministry of Justice, especially the courthouses, and all judicial authorities.

There are midterm and final exams.
Graduation Requirements
To graduate from the Justice Program, a student must meet the following conditions:
- Successful completion of all courses with 120 ECTS credits in the lesson plan
- Have a GPA of at least 2.00 out of 4.00
Occupational Profiles of Graduates
Graduates of the Law Department's Associate Degree Program in Justice work in the public sector, especially within the Ministry of Justice, as a court clerk and bailiff. It is also possible to be employed as a lawyer's clerk in attorneyship and law offices, notary clerk in notary offices, and as legal receivable follow-up staff in banks and insurance companies.
Mode of Study
With the theoretical and practical knowledge they will receive from the Department of Justice Associate Degree Program in the Department of Law, the graduates of the department will be able to master the general principles and rules that those working in the justice legal services sector should have. Recognizes the basic laws and related regulations, especially the Constitution. Within the framework of the knowledge he has acquired about the Turkish judicial system, he makes a great contribution to the realization of justice, especially in administrative terms. Knows the hierarchy in offices and has the level of knowledge to aim at creating a well-functioning office environment. The graduate, who is aware of the innovations and changes in the field of justice and law, helps the development in this field by clearly explaining what he knows to his colleagues and the people and groups he serves. Apart from these, a graduate of the Department of Justice, by doing all kinds of correspondence; Having basic accounting knowledge, basic protocol knowledge and most importantly analytical thinking ability, it carries out productive studies in the field of justice and law.
