Mugla Vocational School of Health Services Programme of Medical Promotion and Marketing

Qualification Awarded

The students completing this program are awarded with associate degree diploma in “medical representation and marketing” and are entitled to receive “member of profession” title. The students completing this program are entitled with “Medical Marketing Representative” title and can work in pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies.

Specific Admission Requirements

According to the results of the examinations made by the Student Selection and Placement System (ÖSYM), they can place the Programa according to the score they get from the TYT type.

Qualification Requirements

At the end of four semesters, total 120 lectures including summer internship must be taken and at least 2.00 general academic grade average according to 4-note system.

Recognition of Prior Learning

The previous courses in the university that the student has studied with are evaluated by the Department Compliance Commission in terms of course content and course hours. If deemed appropriate, the curriculum in the curriculum is deemed to have passed the relevant grade in the previous university. Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Associate Degree, Undergraduate Education-Examination and Examination Regulations can be considered for the transfer of courses that these students take from other higher education institutions.

History

Medical Promotion and Marketing Program is continuing its education and training activities in 2004-2005 academic year.

Profile of the Programme

The Medical Promotion and Marketing Program is a two-year associate degree program. It aims to equip its graduates with the necessary competencies in line with the sectoral needs and continues education and training activities with application and other course content.

Program Outcomes

1- It has basic scientific knowledge in the field of Medical Promotion and Marketing.
2- It acts on the basis of the ethical principles of your profession, observes its principles, and produces solutions.
3- Interprets and evaluates the data using the knowledge and skills acquired in the field of Medical Promotion and Marketing, identifies and analyzes the problems and takes place and responsibility in the planned studies for solution.
4- Using a basic knowledge of the field of Medical Promotion and Marketing, he / she executes an assigned task independently.
5- Performs dependent and independent duties given by using the basic knowledge accumulation that is related to the field of Medical Promotion and Marketing.
6- In the field of Medical Promotion and Marketing, the industry monitors the events of the society, society and the world and is sensitive to developments.
7- By using the knowledge and skills gained in the field of Medical Promotion and Marketing, it establishes good relations with the persons / organizations addressed by the profession, develops the associations and takes into account the proposal to provide the development of the profession.
8- At the basic level of the European Computer Use License related to the field of Medical Promotion and Marketing, it uses computer software and information and communication technologies
9- It behaves and participates in quality management and processes.
10- It has knowledge of learning needs and life-long learning.
11- It has a sense of social responsibility and contributes to projects and activities for the social environment in which it lives
12- Using a foreign language at least on the European Language Portfolio A2 General Level, it tracks the information in its field and contacts its colleagues.
13- It informs the related persons and institutions about the basic information and skills that they have in the fields related to Medical Promotion and Marketing and shares suggestions with the related persons / institutions about their opinions and problems.
14- It is an example of gathering with external appearance, attitude, attitude and behavior.
15- Works as a team member to solve complicated problems that are encountered and unpredictable in applications related to the field of Medical Promotion and Marketing.
16- Medical Promotion and Marketing has the ability to conduct research and analysis within the profession.
17- Individual and public health, environmental protection and occupational safety have sufficient consensus.

Exam Regulations & Assesment & Grading

In accordance with Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Associate Degree Education Regulation, the course is determined by the instructor responsible.

Graduation Requirements

In order to complete the program successfully, it is necessary to successfully complete all the courses available in the program (120 ECTS credits) and obtain a weighted average of at least 2.00 out of 4.00.

Occupational Profiles of Graduates

The students completing this program are awarded with associate degree diploma in “medical representation and marketing” and are entitled to receive “member of profession” title. Access to Further Studies

Internal Transfers /Access to Further Studies Our students who graduated from medical representation and marketing program are allowed to continue their education in Public Relation, Public Relations and Presentation, Public Relation and Advertising, Marketing, International Trade, International Trade and Finance, International Trade and Financing, International Trade and Shopkeeping, International Trade and Logistic departments through the external transfer exam by OSYM.

Associate / formal education The main purpose of our program is to train and bring in the human resources that are preferred and employed in line with the expectations and needs of the sector, to be employed in the pharmaceutical and medical sectors.
